WinVoice is designed to remove the friction from your daily workflow by acting as a highly capable, locally-hosted artificial intelligence assistant.

How WinVoice Works

Unlike traditional cloud-based assistants, WinVoice processes your commands locally using a proprietary, custom-tuned Large Language Model (LLM) running directly on your hardware. This ensures maximum privacy, reduced latency, and a personalized experience.

Google Workspace Integration & Data Usage

To provide advanced capabilities, WinVoice requests authorized access to your Google Workspace. We believe in complete transparency regarding why this data is requested and how it is used:

• Gmail: We request access to read and write emails. This allows WinVoice to notify you of important unread messages, summarize long email threads, and draft or send replies strictly based on your explicit voice commands.
• Google Calendar: We request access to your calendar to verbally remind you of upcoming meetings and to allow the assistant to create, schedule, or modify events when you ask it to manage your schedule.
• Google Docs & Sheets: We request access to read and modify your documents and spreadsheets, enabling the assistant to query your data, summarize reports, or update data cells on your behalf.
• Google Drive: We request read-only access to help the assistant quickly search for and locate necessary files across your workspace so you don't have to hunt for them manually.
• Google Tasks: We request access to read and write tasks, allowing the assistant to organize your to-do list seamlessly.

Privacy by Design

The core purpose of WinVoice is to automate your digital life without compromising your privacy. Your emails, calendar events, and documents are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party external cloud providers. All data fetched from Google APIs is processed strictly locally on your own machine.
